SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – Tyriana Settles (Owens) and Elizabeth Sicking (Sinclair) are no strangers to earning recognition from the league office, combining for seven of a possible 12 OCCAC Volleyball Player of the Week honors in the season’s first month and a half after both receiving the distinction once again on Sept. 30.

Elizabeth Nicole Sicking (5-11/SO – Fairfield H.S./Hamilton, OH) has followed up her 5-award 2018 campaign with four more weekly accolades already in ’19. Her ninth career honor came after averaging 4.25 kills and 2.83 digs per set in a 3-0 week for the Tartan Pride. She recorded no less than 14 kills in all three contests and dug a total of 34 balls in 12 sets played.

Sinclair now 16-5 on the season and 6-2 in the conference finally get to have a 3 match home stand starting Wednesday night against Hocking. After Wednesdays night match, the Pride will take on Lorain County Friday followed by Miami University Hamilton Saturday afternoon.

All home games are played in Building 8 Arena on the downtown Dayton campus.
