SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – Elizabeth Sicking (Sinclair) maintained her stronghold of the OCCAC D-II Volleyball Player of the Week honor, notching her fourth distinction of the season, while Columbus State’s Tiziana Russell became the fourth different Cougar to wrangle the D-III award through eight weeks

Elizabeth Nicole Sicking (5-11/FR – Fairfield H.S./Hamilton, OH) put forth 5.80 kills per set at a .287 attacking rate alongside a 3.10 digs per set average in three contests last week. She produced no less than 17 kills in each match and peaked with a 21-kill, 15-dig double-double in just three sets at No. 3 Owens. Sicking owns half of the league’s D-II weekly recognitions in 2018, corralling four of eight.

Sinclair (17-13/7-5 OCCAC) gearing up for post-season play with three OCCAC matches this week.  Tonight they play at Clark State before returning home to host Lakeland in this season’s final match in Building 8 Arena (Sophomore Night).  After sophomore night, the Pride will travel up I-75 for a rival match up with Edison State on Saturday.

All home games are played in Building 8 Arena on the downtown Dayton campus.
