Sinclair Volleyball breaks into the National Polls

Dayton, OH – The Sinclair (20-5/9-1) Volleyball team moves into the NJCAA Division II Top 20 Volleyball rankings this week.

After receiving votes last week, the Pride is currently ranked 20th this week after winning all three matches last week 3-0.  Currently riding a 12 match winning streak and not losing a set in the last 7 matches, the Pride is ready to take on #2 Owens Friday night.

Sinclair has been dominating all opponents and cruising through the last half of the schedule.  Winning 17 of the last 18 matches, Sinclair stands ready for a power rematch Friday night with the #2 team in the nation and OCCAC rival – Owens.

Owens was able to knock off the Pride about four weeks ago at Owens and Sinclair is looking to return the favor.  The match Friday night will be for the conference title.  If Sinclair wins, they would be co-champs with Owens.

The Pride will be playing at home for the last time Friday night as we celebrate sophomore night

All home games are played in Building 8 Arena on the downtown Dayton campus.
