Sinclair Volleyball Volunteers at church event

Dayton, OH – Members of the Sinclair Volleyball team spent part of their summer volunteering to help rebuild a house for a New Knoxville church.

The First Church of New Knoxville needed help getting a house ready for their new pastor and the Sinclair Volleyball team was more than excited to jump in and help with the renovations.

The connection to New Knoxville for Sinclair, it’s the hometown of team captain Meg Reineke.

All day, the team spent stripping off the old wallpaper getting the interior ready for a new look.

Bring great in the three C’s (Classroom, Community & Competition) has been a long time staple of the Sinclair Athletic Department.  Not more than a month after receiving the news that the 2015-16 Volleyball team earned NJCAA All-Academic team honors with a commutative GPA of 3.00 or greater, they were back in the community making a difference.

Congratulation to our Volleyball team as they continue to be great in the three C’s
