Sinclair Men’s Basketball starts Thanksgiving Week

Sinclair Men’s Basketball starts Thanksgiving Week

Dayton, Ohio- With Thanksgiving only a few days away, the Sinclair Men's Basketball team hasn't started thinking about taking any days off just yet.

It may be a short week for everyone else, but this is basketball season and a very busy week for most college teams.  Mondaythe Men's team gave back as they volunteered as assistant coaches for the Oakwood Youth Basketball Program.  The Tartan Pride men spent time instructing and working on skills with the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th graders.

Tuesday is game day as Sinclair travels to Clark State for the first of three road games this week.  Thursday will start early with practice around 7:30am before heading down to the Dayton Convention Center to help serve Thanksgiving Dinner from 9:30am – 2:00pm.  Friday morning the team will board a bus and take I-75 North to Flint (Michigan) for a match up against the #16 team in the nation – Mott.  A quick turnaround for Saturday as they finish the week at Henry Ford CC in Dearborn (Michigan).  Not bad for a short work week.
